The multifunctional maintenance platform comprises a shell body, wherein the shell body is sequentially provided with a lighting system, a winding system and a working system from top to bottom; the lighting system involves a plurality of LED lamps, and the LED lamps are arranged at the top of the shell body; the winding system involves a plurality of winding reels, and the winding reels are arranged inside the shell body; the working system involves a high-pressure pump, an air compressor, a hydraulic oil filtering and purifying machine, an oil conveying pump, a tool box and a comprehensive control box; the high-pressure pump, the air compressor, the hydraulic oil filtering and purifying machine, the oil conveying pump, the tool box and the comprehensive control box are all arranged inside the shell body; and a PLC is arranged inside the comprehensive control box and is electrically connected with the lighting system, the winding system and the working system. The maintenance platform is simple and reasonable, the design size can enable the maintenance platform to be loaded into a 4.2-meter van compartment, the maintenance platform can rapidly rush to a construction site to reach the site, and the transportation cost and the time cost caused by maintenance of mechanical equipment are effectively reduced.

    本发明提供工程机械多功能维保平台,涉及工程机械领域,包括壳体,壳体从上往下依次设置有照明系统、卷线系统和工作系统;照明系统包括多个LED灯,LED灯设置在壳体上的顶部位置;卷线系统包括多个卷线筒,卷线筒设置在壳体内;工作系统包括高压泵,空压机、液压油过滤净化机、油料输送泵、工具箱和综合控制箱;高压泵,空压机、液压油过滤净化机油料输送泵、工具箱和综合控制箱均设置在壳体内;综合控制箱内设置有PLC控制器,PLC控制器与照明系统、卷线系统和工作系统电性连接。本发明中,本维保平台简洁合理,设计尺寸可装入4米2厢式货车车厢内,能快速奔赴工地直达现场,有效解决机械设备因维保产生的运输费用,时间成本。
