The satellite load thermal control device comprises a load, wherein at least one wall surface of the load is provided with a heat dissipation surface; a winding assembly mounted on the load; the movable multi-layer heat insulation assembly is wound on the winding assembly, and the movable multi-layer heat insulation assembly is suitable for shielding the heat dissipation surface; the driving assembly is installed on the load, the driving assembly is connected with the winding assembly, the driving assembly is suitable for driving the winding assembly to be switched between a forward rotation state and a reverse rotation state, and under the condition of the forward rotation state, the winding assembly winds and moves the multi-layer heat insulation assembly, so that the heat dissipation area of the heat dissipation surface is increased; and under the condition of a reverse rotation state, the heat dissipation area of the heat dissipation surface is reduced. According to the satellite load thermal control device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the heat dissipation area of the heat dissipation surface is adjusted according to different working conditions, so that the temperature of the heat dissipation surface is kept in a reasonable range, and additional energy consumption for heat compensation of the heat dissipation surface is not needed.
