According to the method, the deceleration of the electric automobile in the sliding energy recovery process can be only associated with the accelerator pedal opening degree operated by a driver and the automobile speed and is decoupled from factors such as automobile running parameters, motor state parameters and battery state parameters, and the accuracy and stability of the vehicle deceleration responding to user driving operation are obtained; and the driving comfort, the driving safety and the economical efficiency are improved.
