The invention provides a power control unit, a high-voltage system, a fuel cell vehicle and a control method, the power control unit is applied to the fuel cell vehicle, the fuel cell vehicle comprises a fuel cell cooling water pump, a fuel cell stack and the power control unit, and the fuel cell cooling water pump is used for driving fuel cell cooling liquid to flow through a deionizer. The power control unit comprises a whole vehicle high-voltage interface, a contactor, a fuel cell interface, a water pump interface and a controller; the whole vehicle high-voltage interface is connected with the first side of the contactor and connected with the fuel cell cooling water pump through the water pump interface, and the second side of the contactor is connected with the fuel cell stack through the fuel cell interface; the controller is used for controlling the contactor to be disconnected when the conductivity of the fuel cell cooling liquid is larger than a preset threshold value and the whole vehicle high-voltage interface is connected with a power source, so that the fuel cell cooling water pump is started. The power control unit provided by the invention can reduce the conductivity of the cooling liquid of the fuel cell when the insulation of the fuel cell vehicle fails.
