The invention discloses a high-voltage electrical system of a fuel cell vehicle, a power-on control method and the vehicle, and the high-voltage electrical system of the fuel cell vehicle comprises a power battery distribution box which comprises a pre-charging control module, a first main positive relay and a main negative relay; the fuel cell DC/DC converter comprises a booster circuit and a second main positive relay, the positive electrode of the booster circuit is connected with the positive electrode side of the power cell distribution box through the second main positive relay, and the negative electrode of the booster circuit is connected with the negative electrode side of the power cell distribution box. The high-voltage electrical system of the fuel cell vehicle has the advantages of simple structure and few parts, so that the occupied volume can be reduced, the redundancy of the vehicle is reduced, and the reliability of the vehicle is improved.
