The invention discloses a fuel cell waste heat management system and control method.The system comprises a fuel cell heat dissipation system, a cab warm air system and a water-water heat exchanger, the fuel cell heat dissipation system comprises a small circulation loop, a main heat dissipation loop and a waste heat utilization loop, and the cab warm air system comprises a warm air loop. An inlet of the small circulation loop is connected with an outlet of the main heat dissipation loop, an outlet of the small circulation loop is connected with an inlet of the main heat dissipation loop and an inlet of the waste heat utilization loop, the main heat dissipation loop comprises a particle filter, and an outlet of the waste heat utilization loop is connected to the input end of the particle filter through a water-water heat exchanger. And the warm air loop is communicated with the fuel cell heat dissipation system through the water-water heat exchanger. The influence of the environment temperature on waste heat utilization is fully considered, the heat requirement of the warm air loop is met, and meanwhile energy conservation and consumption reduction are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种燃料电池余热管理系统及控制方法,系统包括:燃料电池散热系统、驾驶室暖风系统和水水换热器,其中,燃料电池散热系统包括小循环回路、主散回路和余热利用回路,驾驶室暖风系统包括暖风回路,小循环回路的入口与主散回路的出口连接,小循环回路的出口分别与所述主散回路的入口、余热利用回路的入口连接,主散回路包括颗粒过滤器,余热利用回路的出口经水水换热器连接至颗粒过滤器的输入端,暖风回路通过水水换热器与燃料电池散热系统连通。本发明充分考虑了环境温度对余热利用的影响,满足了暖风回路的热量需求的同时,实现了节能降耗。
