A cooling water circuit; a heating water circuit; a heat exchanger; the cooling water loop comprises a fuel cell, a first temperature sensor, a first three-way valve, a radiator and a second temperature sensor; the first temperature sensor is arranged at a water outlet of the fuel cell; the second temperature sensor is arranged at a water inlet of the fuel cell; the heating water loop comprises a water pump, an electric heating PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) group, a fourth temperature sensor and a heating unit; the fourth temperature sensor is used for monitoring the temperature in the heating water loop, and the electric heating PTC set is used for heating the heating water loop. And the heating unit is used for transferring heat in the heating water loop to a cab. The system has the beneficial effects that the waste heat generated in the electric pile is utilized for heating in winter, so that the cruising ability of the fuel cell in winter is improved.
