The invention discloses a semi-active suspension for automatically adjusting four-wheel positioning of a new energy vehicle and a control method, and belongs to the technical field of automobiles, the semi-active suspension comprises a first upper control arm, a first upper control arm support, a first upper control arm cross beam, a first lower control arm, a second lower control arm, a hydraulic regulator and a CDC shock absorber; one end of the first upper control arm is connected with the steering knuckle, the other end of the first upper control arm is connected with the first upper control arm support, and the first upper control arm support is fixed to the auxiliary frame; one end of the first lower control arm is connected with the steering knuckle, the other end of the first lower control arm is connected with the hydraulic regulator, and the hydraulic regulator is connected with the ECU, receives electric signals transmitted by the ECU and adjusts the hydraulic regulator to perform telescopic displacement according to set parameters so as to adjust four-wheel positioning; the second lower control arm is fixed on the first lower control arm, and the CDC shock absorber is fixed on the second lower control arm; after a vehicle is started, the multi-point laser sensor is synchronously started, position data of a plurality of current measuring points are recognized and transmitted to the ECU, signals needing to be adjusted are input into the hydraulic regulator after calculation of the ECU, the hydraulic regulator completes four-wheel positioning adjustment according to set signals, the multi-point laser sensor conducts real-time recognition in the process, and the multi-point laser sensor conducts real-time positioning adjustment according to the set signals. And the multi-point type laser sensor stops working until the data identified by the multi-point type laser sensor is consistent with the adjusting signal input by the ECU after the adjusting action is completed.

    本发明公开了一种新能源车辆自动调节四轮定位的半主动悬架及控制方法,属于汽车技术领域,包括第一上控制臂、第一上控制臂支架、第一上控制臂横梁、第一下控制臂、第二下控制臂、液压调节器及CDC减震器;第一上控制臂的一端与转向节连接,另一端与第一上控制臂支架连接,第一上控制臂支架固定在副车架上;第一下控制臂的一端与转向节连接,另一端与液压调节器连接,液压调节器与ECU连接,接收由ECU传来的电信号并按照设定参数调整液压调节器进行伸缩位移从而调整四轮定位;第二下控制臂固定在第一下控制臂上,CDC减震器固定在第二下控制臂上;当车辆启动后,同步启动多点式激光传感器,识别当前多个测量点的位置数据并传输给ECU,经过ECU计算后将需要调整的信号输入液压调节器,由液压调节按照设定信号完成四轮定位调节,在此过程中多点式激光传感器实时识别,直至调整动作完成后多点式激光传感器识别的数据与ECU输入的调整信号一致,此时多点式激光传感器停止工作。
