The invention relates to a four-wheel positioning and adjusting mechanism, a suspension system of a vehicle and the vehicle. The four-wheel positioning and adjusting mechanism comprises a fixed assembly, a movable part and an adjusting assembly, the fixed assembly comprises an installation part and a pressing part embedded in the installation part, the installation part and the pressing part are provided with a first long hole and a second long hole which extend in the first direction respectively, and the orthographic projection of the first long hole and the orthographic projection of the second long hole on a reference plane at least partially coincide; the movable part is connected between the mounting part and the pressing part, the adjusting assembly comprises a fastening part and an adjusting part arranged on the fastening part in a sleeving mode, the fastening part is arranged in the first long hole, the second long hole and the movable part in a penetrating mode, and the fastening part can drive the movable part to move in the first long hole and the second long hole under the action of the adjusting part. The two ends of the pressing piece abut against the adjusting piece and the movable piece respectively. According to the four-wheel positioning and adjusting mechanism, the possibility that the fastener is loosened can be reduced, and the accuracy and the reliability of adjusting four-wheel positioning parameters by the four-wheel positioning and adjusting mechanism can be improved.
