The invention discloses a multi-step ship lock collaborative scheduling method based on traffic space-time resource allocation, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining multi-step ship locks and channel element information, and determining the queuing capacity which can be borne by a channel-ship lock system; according to the channel, the ship lock element information and the system queuing capacity, establishing a channel-ship lock cooperative scheduling model based on traffic space-time resource configuration; solving the established channel-ship lock cooperative scheduling model; and according to a solving result, providing a cooperative scheduling scheme of the multi-step ship lock. According to the method, a new method with scientific basis and systematicness is provided for collaborative scheduling of the multi-step ship locks, the passing capacity of the ship locks and the queuing capacity of the system are comprehensively considered, and the method has important value for optimizing and configuring water space-time resources of channels and the ship locks, balancing and controlling traffic loads of the ship locks and guaranteeing ship navigation safety.
本发明公开了一种基于交通时空资源配置的多梯级船闸协同调度方法,该方法包括:获取多梯级船闸与航道要素信息,确定航道—船闸系统能够承载的排队容量;根据航道、船闸要素信息及系统排队容量,建立基于交通时空资源配置的航道—船闸协同调度模型;对建立的航道—船闸协同调度模型进行求解;根据求解结果,提供多梯级船闸的协同调度方案。本发明为多梯级船闸实施协同调度提供了新的具有科学依据和系统性的方法,全面考虑船闸通过能力以及系统排队容量,对于优化配置航道与船闸的水域时空资源,平衡控制各船闸的交通负荷,保障船舶航行安全具有重要价值。
