Free switching between a high-speed gear and a low-speed gear is achieved, a pneumatic mode, a hydraulic mode or an electric push rod mode is adopted, the control mode is simple, operation is easy, and the manufacturing cost is low.
本发明公开了一种油泵箱和变速箱传动结构、变速箱换挡结构及装载机,包括:油泵箱,所述油泵箱内部中空形成第一容纳腔;工作油泵,所述工作油泵设置于所述油泵箱的一侧,且至少部分延伸至所述油泵箱内;转向油泵,所述转向油泵设置于所述油泵箱的一侧,且至少部分延伸至所述油泵箱内;通过第一输入齿轮轴的转速、转矩,通过一级减速轴和二级减速轴带动车轮转动,实现车辆不同的行驶速度,且通过一体成型的油泵箱和变速箱结构稳固,便于成型,通过换挡驱动装置来驱动换挡套进行轴向移动,实现高速与低速档位的自由切换,而且采用气动方式、液压方式或者电动推杆方式,控制方式简单、容易操作、制造成本较低。
