The invention relates to the technical field of micro skid steer loaders and tracked vehicle steering running systems, in particular to a double-pump confluence series-parallel loop control system which comprises a two-way switching valve, a first gear pump, a second gear pump, a first operating valve, a second operating valve and four walking motors. The first operating valve is connected with the two walking motors, the first operating valve is connected with an oil inlet P1 of the two-way switching valve, and the second gear pump is connected with an oil inlet P2 of the two-way switching valve; the two-way switching valve is connected with a second operating valve through a working oil port D. The second operating valve is connected with the other two walking motors. The first gear pump and the second gear pump are respectively connected with the oil tank; the hydraulic system has the advantages that high and low speed switching can be achieved on a miniature skid steer loader and an open type walking hydraulic system of a tracked vehicle, the comprehensive operation efficiency of the whole machine is greatly improved, and the system is simple in structure and high in reliability.
