The invention discloses a confluence multi-way valve and a double-pump hydraulic system. The confluence multi-way valve comprises a load sensing unit which comprises a first main working oil way provided with a first pumping oil inlet and a plurality of first working units connected to the first main working oil way in parallel; the bypass throttling unit comprises a second main working oil way provided with a second pumping oil inlet, and at least one second working unit is arranged in the second main working oil way; and the confluence control unit comprises a confluence reversing valve and a pressure limiting unloading valve, the confluence reversing valve is used for switching and controlling connection and disconnection between the second main working oil way and the first main working oil way, and the pressure limiting unloading valve is used for controlling oil return of the second main working oil way. According to the application, a confluence scheme of first pump expansion, amplitude variation and winch oil path load sensing and a second pump bypass throttling system can be realized, expansion, amplitude variation and winch low-pressure double-pump confluence can be realized according to engine power, a high-pressure state is switched into a single-pump oil supply state, and the working efficiency is improved. The whole valve body is simple in structure and control and low in design cost.

    本申请公开了一种合流多路阀和双泵液压系统,合流多路阀包括负载敏感单元,包括设有第一泵送进油口的第一主工作油路以及并联于第一主工作油路的多个第一工作联;旁通节流单元,包括设有第二泵送进油口的第二主工作油路,第二主工作油路中设有至少一个第二工作联;合流控制联,包括合流换向阀和限压卸荷阀,合流换向阀用于切换控制第二主工作油路与第一主工作油路之间的通断,限压卸荷阀用于控制第二主工作油路回油。本申请可实现第一泵伸缩、变幅、卷扬油路负载敏感与第二泵旁通节流系统的合流方案,可根据发动机功率实现伸缩、变幅、卷扬低压双泵合流,高压状态切换为单泵供油,提升工作效率。整个阀体的结构、控制简单,设计成本低。
