The invention discloses an anti-drag coating as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The anti-drag coating comprises the following components: epoxy resin, a fluorosilicone modifier, a modified silicon dioxide filler, an amine curing agent, a plasticizer, a solvent and a defoaming agent, wherein the fluorosilicone modifier is prepared by firstly reacting hexafluoropropylene oxide dimer with methanol and then reacting with N-[3-(trimethoxysilyl) propyl] ethylenediamine; the modified silicon dioxide filler is obtained by modifying nano silicon dioxide powder and a fluorosilicone modifier according to the weight ratio of 1: (0.02-0.2), and the drag reduction coating can fully infiltrate the surface of a ship matrix and is cured to form a drag reduction layer with the super-hydrophobic characteristic, the excellent mechanical property and the self-repairing capacity; in addition, the drag reduction layer adopts a specific groove structure, so that the drag reduction rate of the drag reduction layer can be increased to 57.4% or above.
