According to the method, polyurethane acrylate, fluorine-containing acrylate, epoxy acrylate and an active diluting monomer are used as main raw materials of a resistance reducing material, the resistance reducing material is injected into a placoid scale structure groove of a transparent flexible silica gel mold, a UV curing mode is adopted firstly, so that a resistance reducing structure is formed preliminarily, and then the resistance reducing material is formed; the drag reduction material can be directly and preliminarily cured on the surface of the ship; and then thermal curing treatment is carried out in the later period, the drag reduction material is fully crosslinked in the thermal curing treatment process, and the hardness, peel strength and wear resistance of the drag reduction material are improved. The technical blank of spraying a three-dimensional structure on the surface of a ship is filled, high pattern precision is ensured, the integrity of the three-dimensional pattern can still be ensured after long-term use, and the resistance reduction structure has a long-acting resistance reduction effect.

    本发明涉及减阻的技术领域,具体公开了一种高精度仿生减阻结构制备工艺、减阻材料以及减阻结构。该方法以聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、含氟丙烯酸酯、环氧丙烯酸酯和活性稀释单体作为减阻材料的主要原料,将减阻材料注入至透明柔性硅胶模具的盾鳞结构槽中,先采用UV固化的方式,使得减阻结构初步成型,减阻材料可以直接在船舶表面进行初步固化;再在后期进行热固化处理,减阻材料在热固化处理过程中充分交联,提高了减阻材料的硬度、剥离强度和耐磨性。填补了在船舶表面喷涂立体结构的技术空白,保证了图案精度高,在长期使用下仍然能保证立体图案的完整性,该减阻结构具备长效减阻效果。
