Comprising an integrated sensor, an intelligent front-end visual system, a central control system, a power source, a flywheel energy storage system and a magnetic suspension supporting system, wherein the integrated sensor and the intelligent front-end visual system are arranged in a topological structure; the central control system can plan and deploy feedback signals from the visual system and a controller; the power source is composed of a diesel engine and a motor; and the controller and the propeller model are used for executing instructions of the central control system to deploy the hybrid power source and feeding back the instructions in real time. AI intelligent calculation is carried out on real-time channel information captured in the inland river navigation process, charging and discharging of the whole flywheel energy storage system are achieved by controlling the speed of the permanent magnet motor, the effect of peak load shifting is achieved, and switching of power modes is guaranteed.
