The invention discloses a safety interlocking system and a rail vehicle, and relates to the technical field of rail transit. The safety interlocking system comprises a starting switch, a circuit breaker provided with a coil and a contact, and hydrogenation equipment, wherein the contact of the circuit breaker is in a normally-closed state when the coil is not electrified, so that when the starting switch is in a closed state, the coil in the circuit breaker is electrified, and the normally-closed contact is converted into an open state, at the moment, the hydrogenation equipment does not execute hydrogenation operation on the railway vehicle when the starting switch is not completely closed; and at the moment, the reliability of determining that the power supply of the railway vehicle is completely disconnected is improved through the arranged circuit breaker, and the operation safety is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种安全联锁系统及轨道车辆,涉及轨道交通技术领域。该安全联锁系统包括:启动开关、设置有线圈和触点的断路器、加氢设备;其中断路器的触点在线圈未得电时处于常闭状态,由此可知,当启动开关处于闭合状态时,断路器中的线圈得电,将常闭触点转换为断开状态,此时能够保证启动开关未完全关闭时,加氢设备不对轨道车辆执行加氢操作,此时通过设置的断路器提高了确定轨道车辆的电源完全断开的可靠性,保证了操作安全。
