A second contactor (S/CA) that connects the first power storage unit and the second power storage unit in series; a third contactor (S/CB) and a fourth contactor (S/CC) that connect the first power storage unit and the second power storage unit in parallel; a first contactor (M/CA); and a third fuse (F3) that can be switched off by a control signal. The first contactor and the third fuse are arranged on two end sides of the storage battery. The control unit (10) is capable of switching between a first voltage state in which the first power storage unit and the second power storage unit are connected in series and can be charged at a first voltage, and a second voltage state in which the first power storage unit and the second power storage unit are connected in parallel and can be charged at a second voltage.
