The invention provides a shaft hole adjusting tool for mounting a shaft housing and a use method. The shaft hole adjusting tool comprises a fixed rod and a movable track arranged above the fixed rod, and two reflecting sheets are arranged on the movable track; the fixing rod is fixed to the inner wall of the shaft hole of the shaft tube through the magnet, so that when the shaft tube is installed on the shaft shell, the shaft tube is controlled to meet a certain inclination degree through the distance between the second reflector plate and the first reflector plate. According to the double-shaft-hole tail shaft shell piece body assembling method, assembling of the double-shaft-hole tail shaft shell piece body is assisted by installing the adjusting tool pieces, and therefore the production technology that in the welding process, the bow and the stern are deviated from the center of the center line of the two-way shaft holes in the bow and stern direction is effectively controlled; and quick positioning is carried out by using a precision control technology during hoisting of a tail shaft shell sheet body, so that the precision data of inclination and centering of a double-shaft center line can be effectively controlled after segmented construction of the double-shaft-hole tail shaft shell, and the precision problem of inclination and centering of a main shaft, a propeller and a rudder blade which are carried and mounted in a subsequent process is greatly reduced.

    本发明提供一种用于轴壳安装的轴孔调节工装及使用方法,该轴孔调节工装包括固定杆、设置于固定杆上方的移动轨道,移动轨道上设置有两个反射片;固定杆通过磁铁固定于轴管的轴孔内壁,以在轴管安装至轴壳时,通过第二反射片远离第一反射片的间距控制轴管满足一定的倾斜度。本发明通过安装调节工装件来辅助拼装双轴孔艉轴壳片体,从而有效控制焊接过程中由双向轴孔中心线艏艉偏中的生产工艺技术,通过艉轴壳双轴孔分别安装轴孔调节工装件所对应十字反射片,在艉轴壳片体吊装以精度控制技术进行快速定位,确保双轴孔艉轴壳分段建造结束其双轴中心线倾斜偏中的精度数据得到有效的控制,大大减少后道搭载安装主轴、螺旋桨和舵叶倾斜偏中的精度问题。
