The invention relates to a tail shaft pipe adjusting tool which comprises four sets of 7-shaped codes welded to a front tail column and a rear tail column, the 7-shaped codes are arranged in the radial direction of a tail shaft pipe, two through holes with internal threads are formed in each 7-shaped code, and an adjusting bolt arranged in the axial direction of the tail shaft pipe is installed ineach through hole. The adjusting bolt is arranged in the radial direction of the tail shaft pipe and can adjust the position of the tail shaft pipe through rotation. Compared with the prior art, thetail shaft pipe adjusting tool is simple in structure and convenient to use. The invention further provides a using method of the tail shaft pipe adjusting tool, the process is optimized, the operation steps are reduced, the workload is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
