The invention belongs to the technical field of ocean robots, and particularly relates to a sea-land integrated unmanned measuring boat which comprises a measuring system on a boat body, and a fore peak, an electronic equipment cockpit and a cabin which are sequentially arranged in the boat body, the measuring system is arranged at the bottom of an electronic equipment cockpit, a deck and a boat body; the fore peak, the electronic equipment cockpit and the engine room are all watertight cabins, every two adjacent cabins are separated through a watertight cabin wall plate, a deck is arranged above each watertight cabin, and each watertight cabin shares the deck; a power propulsion device used for providing power for the unmanned measuring boat is arranged in the cabin, and an execution end of the power propulsion device is arranged at the tail part of the boat body outside the cabin; the main control computer is connected with a driver of the power propulsion device; the three-dimensional laser scanner, the positioning and attitude determining device and the multi-beam depth finder are coaxially installed near the longitudinal and transverse positions of the gravity center of the boat body, and the influence of pitching and rolling motion of the boat body on the measurement sensor is reduced to the maximum extent.
