The invention provides a service braking method based on a hydraulic braking system of an unmanned container truck, which comprises the following steps of: 1, receiving a service braking instruction in the driving process of the truck; 2, according to the service braking instruction, a service braking electromagnetic valve, an energy accumulator electromagnetic valve and a proportional pressure reducing valve are powered on; 3, an energy accumulator outputs oil pressure under the control of a service braking electromagnetic valve, an energy accumulator electromagnetic valve and a proportional pressure reducing valve, meanwhile, a hydraulic station is started, and the oil pressure of the hydraulic station reaches a preset value after time T1; 4, the electromagnetic valve of the energy accumulator loses power, and the energy accumulator stops outputting oil pressure; 5, the hydraulic station provides pressure oil and outputs oil pressure for braking; 6, when the wheel speed is detected to be zero, the service braking electromagnetic valve and the proportional pressure reducing valve are powered off so as to release the braking pressure; and 7, when it is detected that the wheel speed is larger than zero, the steps 2-6 are circulated, and after circulation is conducted for the preset number of times, the proportional pressure reducing valve is continuously powered on so as to guarantee continuous braking of the vehicle. According to the technical scheme, the ABS function can be achieved, and vehicle driving safety is guaranteed.

    本发明提供一种基于无人集卡液压制动系统的行车制动方法,所述方法包括:步骤1,车辆在行驶过程中,接收行车制动指令;步骤2,根据行车制动指令,行车制动电磁阀、蓄能器电磁阀、比例减压阀分别得电;步骤3,蓄能器在行车制动电磁阀、蓄能器电磁阀、比例减压阀的控制下输出油压,同时液压站启动,经过时间T1,液压站油压达到预定值;步骤4,蓄能器电磁阀失电,蓄能器停止输出油压;步骤5,液压站提供压力油,输出油压,以进行制动;步骤6,当检测到轮速为零时,行车制动电磁阀和比例减压阀失电,以释放刹车压力;步骤7,当检测到轮速大于零时,循环步骤2‑6,循环预设次数后,比例减压阀持续得电,以保证车辆持续制动。本发明提供的技术方案能够实现ABS功能,保证车辆行驶安全。
