    本发明实施例公开了一种用于HXD1机车的低压电气控制设备,设备包括:电源板、输入板、输出板、模拟板、网络板、记录板、背板,电源板用于提供电源,与各板组成安全相关的电源供电拓扑和内网双CAN通信拓扑;输出板和记录板通过背板与部署在背板上的交换机的各个以太网接口对应接驳,构成非安全相关拓扑;输出板采用带硬件表决器的二乘二取二的冗余数字量输出,每个输出通路由两组完全独立的输出通道进行并联输出;网络板配备完全冗余的MVB网络通信及CAN数据转发功能,配备完全独立的2组MVB转CAN硬件,一组投入工作,另一组进行监听。通过上述方式,本发明实施例能够增强低压电气控制设备的高可靠性和高安全性。
