The invention belongs to the technical field of ship vibration reduction and noise reduction, and particularly relates to a magnetorheological elastomer vibration absorber single body and an array type composite material intelligent vibration reduction device. According to the magneto-rheological elastomer vibration absorber monomer provided by the invention, the mechanical property of the magneto-rheological elastomer is utilized, so that the magneto-rheological elastomer vibration absorber monomer can be rapidly, continuously and reversibly changed under the condition that a magnetic field is changed. The array type composite material intelligent vibration reduction device is designed according to the magnetorheological elastomer vibration absorber single body, and under the condition that the original structure of a shaft system is not changed, the effective vibration absorption effect can be generated in a wide frequency band by utilizing the characteristics that the shearing elastic modulus of the magnetorheological elastomer can be regulated and controlled through a magnetic field and the composite material is light and high in strength. The device has the advantages of light weight, high bearing capacity, low broadband gap adjustability, convenience in application and high reliability, and can provide support for ship shafting vibration noise control.

    本发明属于船舶减振降噪技术领域,具体涉及一种磁流变弹性体吸振器单体及阵列式复合材料智能减振装置。本发明提供的磁流变弹性体吸振器单体,利用磁流变弹性体的力学性能,能够在磁场发生改变的条件下发生快速连续可逆的变化。本发明根据磁流变弹性体吸振器单体设计了一种阵列式复合材料智能减振装置,在不改变轴系原有结构的情况下,利用磁流变弹性体的剪切弹性模量可通过磁场调控及复合材料轻质高强的特性,能够在较宽频段内产生有效的吸振效果。本发明具有轻质、高承载、低宽频带隙可调控的优点,应用方便且可靠性强,能够为船舶轴系振动噪声控制提供支撑。
