According to the safety control method for forward inclination of the pallet fork of the electric forklift, the allowable maximum forward inclination angle of the pallet fork is controlled to be adjusted according to the height of the pallet fork and the specific condition of carrying cargos of different masses, and the safety degree of forward inclination of the pallet fork is greatly improved. According to the method, the whole forklift dynamic model is established, when the measured pressure of the rear wheels of the forklift to the ground is just zero, the forward inclination angle of the fork is the allowable maximum forward inclination angle of the fork when the forklift is in the forward inclination critical state, and therefore the maximum forward inclination angle of the fork in each state can be accurately obtained; therefore, the fork can be ensured to be in an optimal state when inclining forwards each time, the fork can be ensured to incline forwards to the maximum extent, and the fork is prevented from turning forwards of the whole vehicle. The unloading effect of the forklift is improved, and safe construction is guaranteed.

    本发明提供一种电动叉车货叉前倾安全控制方法,控制货叉允许最大前倾角度根据货叉所处高度以及搬运不同质量货物具体情况做出调整,极大程度得提升了货叉前倾的安全程度。本发明通过建立叉车整车动力学模型,测得叉车后轮对地面的压力刚好为零时即可得到得知叉车处于前倾临界状态时,此时货叉的前倾角度即为货叉允许最大前倾角度,如此能够准确得到各个状态下的货叉最大前倾角度,进而确保货叉每次前倾能够达到最优状态,即保障了货叉最大幅度的前倾,又保障了货叉不至于整车前翻。提升了叉车的卸货效果,并且保障安全施工。
