The invention discloses a forward moving type forklift pallet fork descending control method which comprises the following steps that a descending switch output signal C1, a lifting and descending handle potentiometer output signal C2 and a pallet fork lifting height signal C3 are monitored, and according to the fact that a pallet fork is located at a high position or a low position and needs of a user, rapid descending or slow descending is conducted; the method comprises four descending types of high-position fast descending of the pallet fork, high-position slow descending of the pallet fork, low-position fast descending of the pallet fork and low-position slow descending of the pallet fork, the pallet fork descending type selected by a user is judged according to a monitored return value, and meanwhile, different pallet fork descending control methods correspond to each type. The controller accurately controls the closing speed of the descending proportional electromagnetic valve, so that the phenomena that the pallet fork loaded with cargoes rapidly stops, the portal frame and the whole vehicle shake, the safety of the whole vehicle is affected, and the pallet fork cannot stop at the accurate position, and the operation efficiency is affected are avoided.
本发明公开了一种前移式叉车货叉下降控制方法,方法步骤如下:监测下降开关输出信号C1、起升下降手柄电位器输出信号C2、货叉起升高度信号C3,根据货叉处于高位或者低位以及用户需求快速下降或者慢速下降,分为:货叉高位快速下降、货叉高位慢速下降、货叉低位快速下降和货叉低位慢速下降四种下降类型,根据监测的返回值判断用户选择的货叉下降类型,同时根据每种类型对应不同的货叉下降控制方法,控制器精确控制下降比例电磁阀的关闭速度,从而避免出现装载有货物的货叉快速停止,导致门架及整车晃动的现象,影响整车安全性以及避免出现货叉不能停到准确位置,影响作业效率的现象。
