The invention provides an AGV pallet fork pose automatic adjusting device which comprises a VCU, a pallet fork assembly and a tray, the pallet fork assembly comprises a pallet fork frame, a pallet fork and a driving device, a mounting support is fixedly mounted on the rear side wall of the bottom end of a fork leg of the pallet fork, three laser sensors are mounted on the mounting support, and the driving device is connected with the VCU. Wherein two laser sensors are respectively positioned on two outer sides of the fork leg, and the other laser sensor is positioned on a mounting bracket at the end part of the fork arm carrier; the signal output end of the laser sensor is electrically connected with the driving device through the VCU. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses an adjusting method of the AGV pallet fork pose automatic adjusting device. According to the AGV pallet fork assembly, an existing AGV pallet fork assembly is improved, only the laser sensor is installed on the pallet fork, the structure is simple, the occupied space is small, and the cost is low. The device can adapt to tray sizes of various specifications. And the fork hole position of the tray can be positioned in a high-precision mode, self-adaptive adjustment of the posture of the pallet fork is achieved, and the pallet fork can accurately fork the tray.
本发明提供一种AGV货叉位姿自动调整装置,包括VCU、货叉总成和托盘,所述货叉总成包括货叉架、货叉和驱动装置,所述货叉的叉腿的底端后侧壁上固定安装有安装支架,所述安装支架上安装有三个激光传感器,其中两个激光传感器分别位于叉腿的两外侧、另一个激光传感器位于货叉架端部的安装支架上;所述激光传感器的信号输出端通过VCU与驱动装置电连接。同时还公开了AGV货叉位姿自动调整装置的调整方法。本发明是针对现有的AGV货叉总成进行改进的,仅在货叉上安装上激光传感器,结构简单、占用空间小、成本低。本发明可以适应多种规格的托盘尺寸。并可高精度定位托盘的叉孔位置,实现货叉位姿自适应调节,货叉能精准叉取托盘。
