The invention belongs to the technical field of nuclear power station reactor maintenance, and particularly discloses a special hoisting device for a nuclear reactor driving rod assembly, which comprises a hoisting rod and a sleeve, one end of the hoisting rod is connected with two chucks, the interior of the hoisting rod is hollow, and the hoisting rod penetrates through the sleeve and is in axial sliding fit with the sleeve; two key grooves are formed in the lower portion of the hanging rod, two symmetrically-arranged self-locking keys are connected to the lower portion of the sleeve, and the two self-locking keys are located in the two key grooves respectively and are in vertical sliding fit with the key grooves. The included angles between the two clamping heads and the two key grooves are the same as the included angle between a guide groove and a hoisting groove in the driving rod assembly; the clamping head on the lifting rod can rotate into the lifting groove of the driving rod assembly after being inserted into the bottom of the guide groove of the driving rod assembly, and at the moment, the sleeve automatically slides downwards, so that the self-locking key on the sleeve is inserted into the guide groove of the driving rod assembly for limiting. The connecting stability of the lifting appliance clamping head and the driving rod assembly can be improved, and the risk that the driving rod assembly falls off is avoided.

    本发明属于核电站反应堆检修技术领域,具体公开了一种核反应堆驱动杆组件专用吊装装置,包括吊杆、套筒,吊杆的一端连接有两个卡头,吊杆内部中空,吊杆穿过所述套筒且与所述套筒轴向滑动配合;所述吊杆的下部开设有两个键槽,套筒的下部连接有两个对称设置的自锁键,两个自锁键分别位于两个键槽且与键槽竖向滑动配合;两个卡头分别与两个键槽之间的夹角与驱动杆组件中导向槽与吊装槽之间的夹角相同;吊杆上的卡头插入驱动杆组件的导向槽底部后能够旋转至驱动杆组件的吊装槽内,此时套筒自动向下滑动而使套筒上的自锁键插入驱动杆组件的导向槽内进行限位。本发明能够提高吊具卡头与驱动杆组件连接的稳定性,避免出现驱动杆组件坠落的风险。
