The invention discloses a nuclear fuel assembly safety hoisting buffer device which comprises a machine base, a stress rod, a pressing plate and a nut, a cavity is formed in the machine base, a plurality of springs are evenly arranged in the cavity, the top of the machine base is designed to be open and connected with a hoisting ring, a through hole is formed in the middle of the bottom of the machine base, and the stress rod is composed of a head and a connecting part. A connecting hole is arranged in the head, the connecting part penetrates into the through hole, the head abuts against the machine base, the pressing plate is arranged on the stress rod in a sleeving mode and can move downwards in the cavity and abut against the top of the spring, and the nut is in threaded connection with the top of the connecting part. According to the invention, springs with different elastic coefficients are selected, and theoretical calculation and load test comparison are carried out, so that the force change is relatively stable in the process of applying the pre-tightening force, a crane driver can conveniently control the force, frequent inching is avoided, the risk that the pre-tightening force exceeds the range is reduced, the structural damage of the nuclear fuel assembly caused by out-of-range pre-tightening force is prevented, and the safety of the nuclear fuel assembly is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种核燃料组件安全吊装缓冲装置,包括机座、受力杆、压板和螺母,机座内设有空腔,空腔内均匀设有若干弹簧,机座顶部设计呈开口状,且连接有吊环,机座底部中间设有通孔,受力杆由头部和连接部构成,头部上设有连接孔,连接部穿入通孔且头部抵住机座,压板套设在受力杆上,且可在空腔内向下运动并与弹簧顶部抵接,螺母与连接部顶部螺纹连接。本发明通过选用不同弹性系数的弹簧,再通过理论计算及载荷试验对比,在施加预紧力的过程中力的大小变化比较平稳,方便吊车司机控制力的大小,避免了频繁点动,降低了预紧力超范围的风险,防止因预紧力超范围而造成的核燃料组件结构性损伤,确保核燃料组件的安全。
