The invention discloses a satellite attitude control device, and relates to the technical field of aerospace propulsion systems, the satellite attitude control device comprises a gas supply module, a power supply module, an electric control valve and an electric propulsion module, the gas supply module is connected with the electric propulsion module through the electric control valve, the gas supply module is used for providing working medium gas for the electric propulsion module, and the power supply module is electrically connected with the electric propulsion module. The power supply module provides electric energy for the electric propulsion module; the electric propulsion module comprises a propeller main body, a cathode and a bottom plate, the bottom ends of the propeller main body and the cathode are arranged on the bottom plate, the cathode is arranged in the center of the bottom plate, the propeller main body is arranged on the outer side of the cathode, and the propeller main body comprises an insulating channel, an inner coil, an outer coil, a magnetic screen, an inner magnetic pole, an outer magnetic pole, an anode, an annular channel and the bottom plate; the cathode comprises a heating wire, an emitter, a cathode tube and a touch holding electrode. The invention has the advantages of high specific impulse and long service life, is not limited by the environment, and does not bring extra disturbance to the satellite due to the absence of a rotating part.
