The invention provides a brake energy recovery control method for a new energy automobile, which comprises the following steps of: calibrating a brake pedal in a non-energy recovery state to obtain brake pedal force curves of different whole automobile masses; electric braking distribution curves are calibrated according to the brake pedal force curves corresponding to different whole vehicle masses, so that the deceleration of the same brake pedal opening and the deceleration of the different whole vehicle masses are basically consistent; and corresponding electric braking torque is distributed according to the calibrated electric braking distribution curve, so that the braking energy recovery torque request value is intelligently adjusted along with the mass of the whole vehicle. The braking energy recovery efficiency can be improved, the energy consumption of the vehicle is reduced, and the endurance mileage of the vehicle is increased.
本发明提供一种用于新能源汽车的制动能量回收控制方法,包括:在无能量回收状态下进行制动踏板标定,以得到不同整车质量的制动踏板力曲线;根据不同整车质量对应的所述制动踏板力曲线进行电制动分配曲线的标定,使同一制动踏板开度,不同整车质量的减速度基本一致;根据标定好的所述电制动分配曲线分配对应的电制动扭矩,使制动能量回收力矩请求值随整车质量智能调节。本发明能提高制动能量回收效率,降低车辆能耗,提升车辆的续航里程。
