The invention further discloses an amphibious vehicle driving control system. The method has the beneficial effects that different control strategies are provided for different stages of the water outlet working condition of the amphibious vehicle, the amphibious vehicle can be controlled to stably fall on the slope during water outlet, the safety of the amphibious vehicle during water outlet is improved, different control strategies can be switched at different stages of water outlet, and the safety of the amphibious vehicle during water outlet is improved. The power output of the water-jet propeller and the wheels is fully utilized.
