The invention provides a method for mining demand response potential of an electric vehicle fast charging station, which considers that a private electric vehicle fast charging station operator is insensitive to traffic network information (such as electric vehicle travel demand and the like), and avoids possible charging station benefit loss and demand response potential waste. Therefore, an interaction process between a charging station operator and an environment is modeled as a Markov chain, an optimal strategy of the interaction process is obtained by adopting a soft access control (SAC) algorithm, and an optimal strategy of a power grid is obtained by adopting a continuous public optimization (CPO) algorithm in order to avoid that a charging load violates power grid security constraints due to demand response information output by the power grid. According to the method, the demand response potential of the charging station is deeply excavated, and a new thought is expected to be provided for electric vehicles to participate in power grid dispatching.

    本发明提出一种电动汽车快充电站的需求响应潜力的挖掘方法,考虑到私营的电动汽车快充电站运营商对交通网信息(如电动汽车出行需求等)不敏感,为避免可能出现的充电站利益损失和需求响应潜力浪费,因此将充电站运营商与环境之间的交互过程,建模为马尔可夫链,采用SAC(soft actor critic)算法获取其最优策略,同时为避免电网输出的需求响应信息导致充电负荷违反电网安全约束,采用CPO(constrained policy optimization)算法获得电网的最优策略。该方法对充电站的需求响应潜力进行了深度挖掘,有望为电动汽车参与电网调度提供新的思路。
