The invention discloses a flight data real-time transmission and online management system for a general aviation aircraft. The system comprises an airborne device, a ground communication station and a ground workstation, the invention has the following effects: the airplane data signal interface and the airborne device implement airplane data transmission through the SD card data storage and reading switching mode; the airborne device and the ground communication station carry out the transmission of aircraft data and control instructions through the VDL communication device, the VHF data link communication device sends information between the aircraft and the ground site, the data link rate is increased to 31, 500 bits per second, and the conversion from the ACARS protocol dependent on character-oriented, end-to-end message sending to the bit-oriented aviation telecommunications network (ATN) protocol. The ground communication station and the ground work station transmit aircraft data and control instructions through the existing public internet and equipment. The internet technology enables different devices to be mutually connected through a wide area network of a computer network, the information transmission speed can be increased, the information obtaining channel can be widened, and research, development and application of related software are promoted.
