When it is detected that a car door is not opened or closed in place, a rotating speed instruction value of a door machine is obtained, a quadrature-axis current instruction value of the door machine is calculated based on the rotating speed instruction value, and whether the absolute value of the quadrature-axis current instruction value is larger than a first quadrature-axis current limiting value or not is judged; the first quadrature-axis current limit value is the maximum quadrature-axis current when field weakening control is not carried out under the rotating speed instruction value, and when the absolute value of the quadrature-axis current instruction value is larger than the first quadrature-axis current limit value, the direct-axis current instruction value of the portal crane is modified, so that the quadrature-axis current actual value of the portal crane is equal to the quadrature-axis current instruction value, and therefore the quadrature-axis current is increased; the torque of the door machine is improved, the output load is increased, and it is ensured that the car door can be normally opened or closed.

    本发明公开了一种门机控制方法、装置、设备及存储介质,在检测到轿厢门开门或关门未到位时,获取门机的转速指令值,基于转速指令值计算门机的交轴电流指令值,判断交轴电流指令值的绝对值是否大于第一交轴电流限值,第一交轴电流限值为在转速指令值下,不进行弱磁控制时的最大交轴电流,在交轴电流指令值的绝对值大于第一交轴电流限值时,修改门机的直轴电流指令值,使得门机的交轴电流实际值等于交轴电流指令值,从而提高交轴电流,提高门机的转矩,增大输出负载,确保轿厢门能够正常开启或关闭。
