The invention discloses a pneumatic deployable structure based on four-fold metamorphic paper folding and a deployable battery array. Wherein the pneumatic deployable structure comprises a flexible lining and a plurality of deployable modules, the flexible lining is of a rhombic tubular structure with one end open and the other end closed, the deployable modules are sequentially attached to the outer surface of the flexible lining in the length direction of the flexible lining, and gaps are formed between the adjacent deployable modules to form transverse contact creases; the expandable module comprises four same rigid sheets, the four rigid sheets are arranged on the four side faces of the flexible lining in the circumferential direction of the flexible lining, and gaps are formed between the adjacent rigid sheets to form four longitudinal contact creases. The kinematic bifurcation characteristic of a transmission metamorphic paper folding mechanism is combined with a light pneumatic soft body driving mechanism, various forms of metamorphic sequence motion can be generated under single driving, and the mechanism has the advantages that the driving number is greatly reduced, the weight is greatly reduced, and the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于四折痕变胞折纸的气动可展开结构以及可展开电池阵。其中,气动可展开结构包括柔性内衬和多个可展开模块,柔性内衬呈一端开口、另一端封闭的菱形管状结构,多个可展开模块沿柔性内衬的长度方向依次附接在柔性内衬的外表面上,相邻可展开模块之间具有间隙以形成横向接触折痕;可展开模块包括四个相同的刚性片,四个刚性片沿着柔性内衬的周向分别设置在柔性内衬的四个侧面上,相邻刚性片之间具有间隙以形成四个纵向接触折痕;本发明将传动变胞折纸机构的运动学分岔特性和轻质的气动软体驱动机构相结合,可实现通过在单一驱动下产生多种形式的变胞序列运动,具有驱动数量大幅减少、重量大大降低以及制造成本大幅降低的优点。
