The aircraft comprises a heat-proof nose cone, an unfolding device, a freight cabin and an attitude control engine, the unfolding device comprises a rigid folding and unfolding mechanism and a skin wrapping the rigid folding and unfolding mechanism, the rigid folding and unfolding mechanism comprises a base fixed to the freight cabin, the base is connected with a fixing ring through a plurality of guide rods, and the fixing ring is fixed to the freight cabin; one end of any framework is hinged to the base, and the other end of any framework is provided with an unfolding rod; any framework is provided with a supporting rod, one end of the supporting rod is hinged to the framework, the other end of the supporting rod is fixed to a sliding block, the sliding block slides along the guide rod and is provided with a spring, and the guide rod is sleeved with the spring. The folding mode adopts a two-stage folding mode, the folding efficiency is high, and the unfolding area of the anti-drag umbrella is larger; a spring pushing type driving unfolding scheme is adopted in the unfolding mode, a movement mechanism is simplified, mechanical unfolding is reliable, and the launching and recycling cost of the spacecraft is greatly reduced.
本发明涉及一种柔性可展开折叠飞行器,包括防热头锥、展开装置、货运舱和姿控发动机;展开装置包括刚性折叠展开机构和包裹刚性折叠展开机构的蒙皮,刚性折叠展开机构包括:固定于货运舱的底座,底座通过多根引导杆与固定环连接,固定环固定于货运舱上;多根骨架,任一骨架的一端与底座铰接,另一端设置有展开杆;任一骨架配置有一个支撑杆,一端与骨架铰接,另一端固定在滑动块上,滑动块沿引导杆滑动并配置有弹簧,弹簧套设与引导杆上。本发明,折叠方式采用两级收拢方式,折叠效率高,减阻伞展开面积更大;展开方式采用弹簧推动式驱动展开方案,运动机构精简,机械展开可靠,极大降低航天器发射和回收成本。
