The invention discloses a vehicle chassis connecting system capable of automatically adjusting the wheelbase along with the vehicle speed and a control method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of automobiles. The vehicle chassis connecting system comprises an ECU, a vehicle speed sensor, a telescopic coupling, a rear suspension moving slideway, an actuator, a wheel brow and a rear suspension; the ECU is respectively connected with the vehicle speed sensor and the actuator and is used for receiving a signal from the vehicle speed sensor, making a judgment, synchronously transmitting an electric signal to the actuator and controlling the movement of the actuator; the telescopic coupling is installed between the chassis transmission shafts and used for dividing the chassis transmission shafts into a front section and a rear section, connecting the front transmission shaft and the rear transmission shaft to rotate synchronously and adjusting the length synchronously along with the telescopic length of the actuator. The actuator is connected with the rear suspension, the rear suspension is connected with the vehicle body through a rear suspension moving slide way, and the rear suspension moving slide way is used for providing a longitudinal guiding effect for the rear suspension. The telescopic coupling structure is additionally arranged between the chassis transmission shafts, the actuator is additionally arranged between the rear suspension and the vehicle body, the vehicle speed sensor provides signals for the ECU, and the ECU controls the actuator to stretch out and draw back so as to adjust the vehicle chassis axle distance, and the method can achieve axle distance adjustment, improve the driving experience of the vehicle and expand the technical field of the chassis.

    本发明公开了一种随车速自动调节轴距的车辆底盘连接系统及其控制方法,属于汽车技术领域,包括ECU、车速传感器、伸缩式联轴器、后悬架移动滑道、作动器、轮眉及后悬架;所述ECU分别与车速传感器及作动器连接,用于接收来自车速传感器的信号,做出判断并向作动器同步传输电信号,控制其运动;所述伸缩式联轴器安装在底盘传动轴之间,用于将底盘传动轴分为前后两段,连接前后传动轴同步转动,并跟随作动器的伸缩长度同步调整长度;所述作动器与后悬架连接,所述后悬架通过后悬架移动滑道与车身连接,后悬架移动滑道用于为后悬架提供纵向导向作用。本发明在底盘传动轴之间增加伸缩式联轴器结构,以及在后悬架与车身之间增加作动器,由车速传感器向ECU提供信号,由ECU控制作动器伸缩的方式调节车辆底盘轴距长短,该方法可实现轴距调节,提升车辆的驾乘体验感,拓展了底盘的技术领域。
