The adjusting method comprises the steps that a related information set of a vehicle where a to-be-adjusted visor is located is acquired; the related information set comprises at least one of the following information: facial information of a main driver, facial information of a co-driver, external environment information, vehicle driving information and voice instruction information; when the related information set does not comprise the voice instruction information, at least one piece of information is selected from the face information of the main driver, the face information of the co-driver, the external environment information and the vehicle driving information according to the position of the to-be-adjusted visor to serve as at least one piece of to-be-analyzed target information of the to-be-adjusted visor; and according to the analysis sequence corresponding to the to-be-adjusted visor, analyzing each piece of selected target information in sequence, and adjusting the pose of the to-be-adjusted visor according to an analysis result. According to the scheme, multi-angle automatic adjustment of the shading plate is achieved, and therefore the driving safety can be effectively improved.
