The invention discloses a shading plate control method which is used for solving the problems that a driver needs to manually adjust a shading plate of an existing automobile according to needs, driving of the driver is disturbed in the adjusting process, and then the traffic accident risk is greatly improved. The method comprises the steps that a driver face image is collected, and the brightnessvalue of a human eye area in the current face image is determined; and adjusting the position of the shading plate according to the brightness value of the human eye area. The invention further discloses a shading plate control system and a shading plate control device.
