The invention relates to an electric vehicle charging and discharging scheduling method and device, computer equipment, a storage medium and a computer program product. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring corresponding initial charging information when a to-be-charged electric vehicle is connected to a power grid; determining power grid load data corresponding to a power grid when the to-be-charged electric vehicle accesses the power grid; obtaining a plurality of predefined scheduling strategies, wherein each scheduling strategy is generated based on different scheduling targets; for each scheduling strategy, simulating and calculating the corresponding expected benefit of the scheduling strategy under the initial charging information and the power grid load data; and determining a target scheduling strategy of the to-be-charged electric vehicle based on the expected benefit corresponding to each scheduling strategy, and charging the to-be-charged electric vehicle according to the target scheduling strategy. By adopting the method, different expected earnings of different scheduling strategies in the same scene can be comprehensively compared, so that the target scheduling strategy of the to-be-charged electric vehicle is determined, the target scheduling strategy is more targeted, and the earnings of actual scheduling are improved.
