The invention provides a high-temperature vibration mode clamp for a carbon fiber resin matrix composite. Comprising an infrared radiation heating array, a supporting plate, a sliding supporting frame, a sheet type armored thermocouple, a carbon fiber resin matrix composite material test piece, a sliding clamp, a supporting sliding groove, a ceramic rod, a high-temperature baffle, a sliding supporting plate, a metal support, a high-temperature sliding block, a vibration exciter and a high-temperature threaded ejector rod. During a high-temperature vibration mode test, one end of a carbon fiber resin matrix composite material test piece is fixed on the sliding support frame, the other end of the carbon fiber resin matrix composite material test piece is connected with the sliding clamp through the ceramic rod to be clamped, and the infrared radiation heating array provides a high-temperature thermal environment for the carbon fiber resin matrix composite material test piece; and the vibration exciter is connected with the ceramic rod to provide random excitation for the carbon fiber resin matrix composite material test piece. On the premise that the carbon fiber resin-based composite material is not damaged, a clamping scheme is provided for the high-temperature vibration mode test of the composite material in the aerospace flight environment.
本发明提供碳纤维树脂基复合材料高温振动模态夹具,包括红外辐射加热阵列、支撑板、滑动支撑架、薄片式铠装热电偶、碳纤维树脂基复合材料测试件、滑动夹具、支撑滑槽、陶瓷杆、高温挡板、滑动支撑板、金属支架、高温滑块、激振器以及高温螺纹顶杆。高温振动模态测试时,将碳纤维树脂基复合材料测试件一端固定于滑动支撑架,另一端由陶瓷杆连接滑动夹具夹持,红外辐射加热阵列为碳纤维树脂基复合材料测试件提供高温热环境,激振器连接陶瓷杆为碳纤维树脂基复合材料测试件提供随机激励。本发明在不破坏碳纤维树脂基复合材料前提下,为航空航天飞行环境下复合材料高温振动模态测试提供夹持方案。
