The invention discloses an aligning device for a nodular cast iron pipe socket spigot in a limited space and a construction method. Comprising a fixed supporting frame and a crawler-type moving mechanism, the fixed supporting frame comprises four vertical supporting stand columns, longitudinal adjusting assemblies and transverse adjusting assemblies, the crawler-type moving mechanism is installed at the lower ends of the supporting stand columns, and the longitudinal adjusting assemblies are detachably installed between the upper portions of every two longitudinally adjacent supporting stand columns; a transverse adjusting assembly is detachably installed between the upper portions of every two transversely adjacent supporting stand columns. Pipeline clamping assemblies are symmetrically installed on the lower middle portions of every two transversely adjacent supporting stand columns, each pipeline clamping assembly comprises a rubber clamping piece, a clamping plate, a supporting rod and a height adjusting mechanism, the rubber clamping pieces are fixedly connected to the inner plate faces of the clamping plates, and the outer plate faces of the clamping plates are connected with the height adjusting mechanisms through the supporting rods. The device can be conveniently used in the limited space, the butt joint efficiency of the ductile cast iron pipe bell and spigot joint in the limited space is improved, the construction quality is guaranteed, and the construction cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种受限空间内球墨铸铁管承接插口的对口装置及施工方法。包括固定支撑框架、履带式移动机构,固定支撑框架包括四根竖向的支撑立柱、纵向调整组件和横向调整组件,支撑立柱的下端安装有履带式移动机构,纵向相邻的两根支撑立柱的上部之间可拆卸安装有纵向调整组件,横向相邻的两根支撑立柱的上部之间可拆卸安装有横向调整组件;横向相邻的两根支撑立柱的中下部对称安装有管道夹持组件,管道夹持组件包括橡胶夹片、夹紧板、支杆和高度调整机构,橡胶夹片固接于夹紧板的内板面,夹紧板的外板面通过支杆与高度调整机构连接。本发明便于在受限空间内使用,提高受限空间球墨铸铁管承插接口对接的效率,保证施工质量,降低施工成本。
