The invention relates to a socket and spigot joint type anti-slippage mounting construction method for pulley combined pulling of a nodular cast iron pipe. After bellmouth cleaning and mounting of a pulley set are completed, when a lifting device of a supporting device is adjusted, roller shafts of the supporting device ascend to support a to-be-mounted pipe, the end, close to a mounted pipe, of the to-be-mounted pipe is warped up and aligned to a bellmouth of the mounted pipe, then the moving end of a steel wire rope is pulled upwards through mechanical equipment such as a crane, the stress direction of the steel wire rope is changed through a fixed pulley, and the pulling force needed by pulling the steel wire rope is smaller through a moving pulley. The to-be-mounted pipe is pulled by the steel wire rope to move in the direction of the mounted pipe, and socket and spigot joint cooperation of the to-be-mounted pipe and the mounted pipe is achieved. Friction force between the to-be-mounted pipe and a groove is reduced, the effect of rapidly mounting large socket and spigot joint pipes is achieved, and the construction period is shortened.

    本发明涉及一种滑轮组合牵引球墨铸铁管承插式防滑脱安装施工方法,完成承口的清理和安装滑轮组后,调节支撑装置的升降装置时,使支撑装置的辊轴上升至托起待安装管,使待安装管靠近已安装管的一端向上翘起并对准安装管的承口,然后通过机械设备如吊机等向上牵引钢丝绳的活动端,通过定滑轮实现对钢丝绳受力方向的改变,通过动滑轮使牵引钢丝绳的所需拉力更小。钢丝绳牵引待安装管向已安装管方向移动,实现将待安装管与已安装管承插配合。减少了待安装管与沟槽之间的摩擦力,具有快速安装大型的承插管道的效果,缩短施工周期。
