The locking unit is arranged on the hydraulic floating unit and is used for locking the hydraulic floating unit; and the hydraulic control unit is arranged on a chassis of the overhead working truck and is used for controlling the hydraulic floating unit and the locking unit. According to the four-wheel floating device of the self-walking overhead working truck, the inclination angle parameters of the platform are collected in real time, the working state of the floating mechanism is controlled according to the preset control strategy, and the four-wheel floating function is achieved. By means of the device, the running stability and safety of the self-walking overhead working truck on the complex ground can be effectively improved, the occurrence probability of accidents such as rollover and slipping is reduced, and therefore the working efficiency is improved, and the working period is guaranteed.
