The self-adaptive braking device for the vertical elevator is characterized in that the self-adaptive braking device comprises a braking collision plate, safety tongs and a guide rail, the braking collision plate is rigidly connected with the lower car bottom of a car, the safety tongs are locked and attached to the upper car bottom of the car, the guide rail penetrates through the braking collision plate and the safety tongs, and during braking, the safety tongs are locked and attached to the upper car bottom of the car. A braking element in the safety tongs is in friction braking with the guide rail; car bottom rubber is arranged between the lower car bottom and the upper car bottom. By means of the principle, the self-adaptive safety tongs can automatically adjust the effective braking distance according to the actual load capacity in the lift car, then the braking force of the safety tongs is changed, the braking force of the safety tongs is changed along with the load capacity in the lift car, the average deceleration of elevator braking is controlled to be 0.2 gn-1. 0 gn all the time, and therefore people and goods in the lift car of the elevator are protected.

    本发明公开的一种垂直电梯用自适应制动装置,其特征在于,包括制动撞板、安全钳和导轨,所述制动撞板与轿厢的下轿底刚性连接,所述安全钳锁附在所述轿厢的上轿底,所述导轨穿过所述制动撞板和所述安全钳,制动时,所述安全钳中的制动元件与所述导轨摩擦制动;在所述下轿底与上轿底之间设置有轿底橡胶。利用本发明原理,自适应安全钳会根据轿厢内实际载重量来自动调节有效制动距离,进而改变安全钳的制动力,实现安全钳制动力随着轿厢内的载重改变而改变,来实现电梯刹车平均减速度始终控制在0.2gn‑1.0gn,以保护电梯轿厢内人员和货物。
