The invention discloses a vehicle defrosting control system and method, a storage medium and a vehicle. The system comprises a controller used for receiving a defrosting starting signal of a windshield of a target vehicle and generating a defrosting control instruction according to the defrosting starting signal; the defrosting inductive sensor is used for performing frosting detection on the windshield based on the defrosting control instruction; and the heater is used for heating the windshield on the basis of the electric energy obtained by converting the one or more clean energy sources under the condition of detecting that the windshield is frosted so as to remove a frost layer on the windshield. The technical problem that in the prior art, when the vehicle windshield is defrosted, vehicle fuel needs to be consumed, and consequently vehicle energy consumption is high is solved.
