The defrosting method comprises the steps that the light transmittance of a windshield is obtained; under the condition that the light transmittance is smaller than a first preset value, the environment temperature is obtained; under the condition that the environment temperature is smaller than a second preset value, the vehicle speed of the vehicle is obtained; under the condition that the vehicle speed is zero, a first defrosting mode is started; under the condition that the vehicle speed is larger than zero, a second defrosting mode is started; wherein in the first defrosting mode and the second defrosting mode, the defrosting operation of the first air outlet and the second air outlet on the windshield corresponds to the preset light transmittance range to which the light transmittance belongs. According to the defrosting method, the corresponding defrosting mode can be determined according to the actual frosting condition on the windshield, defrosting operation can be conducted from the bottom side and the two sides of the windshield, intelligent air sweeping defrosting can be achieved, the defrosting effect is improved, and the defrosting efficiency is improved.
