The invention relates to the technical field of internal circuits of automobiles, in particular to an intelligent safety device and system of a vehicle control unit based on an MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) and an automobile, the intelligent safety device comprises an MOSFET assembly module formed by the MOSFET and an MOSFET driving chip which are electrically connected with each other, and the output end of the MOSFET is electrically connected with the input end of the vehicle control unit; the operation module is used for outputting acquisition voltage; and the micro-control unit is electrically connected with the MOSFET assembly module and the operation module, and is used for outputting a control instruction according to an acquired voltage threshold value so as to control opening or closing of the MOSFET, so that the MOSFET assembly module and circuit elements connected with the MOSFET assembly module are protected. When the vehicle control unit is powered off, the MOSFET driving chip continuously outputs power to the module, the current state is output through the operation module, the current is converted into the collection voltage of the micro-control unit, and when the current exceeds a certain current, the output of the MOSFET is closed, so that the MOSFET and circuit elements connected with the MOSFET are protected.
