The invention discloses a multi-battery-pack parallel control method and system, a use method, a vehicle, equipment and a medium. The control method comprises the steps that data acquisition is conducted, specifically, an EMS controller acquires temperature and SOC data of all battery clusters through a BMS; preferential heating clusters are recognized, and the EMS controller recognizes a plurality of clusters of batteries with the lowest temperature as the preferential heating clusters according to the obtained temperature data; the maximum output current is calculated, and the maximum allowable output current value of the priority heating cluster is calculated; the EMS controller issues a command through the BMS system to control the PDU power distribution device to close the priority heating cluster loop; the current-limiting control is used for limiting the magnitude of the load current and preventing the battery cluster from over-discharging; and the EMS controller monitors the temperature and SOC change of the preferential heating cluster in real time through the BMS system, and adjusts the output of the battery cluster. The battery cluster with the lowest temperature is controlled to conduct current heating and self-heating, the performance of the battery is remarkably improved in the low-temperature environment, and the starting performance and the cruising ability of the electric vehicle are improved.

    本发明公开了一种多电池包并联控制方法、系统及使用方法、车辆、设备及介质,其中控制方法包括数据获取,EMS控制器通过BMS系统获取各电池簇的温度和SOC数据;识别优先加热簇,EMS控制器根据获取的温度数据,识别出温度最低的若干簇电池作为优先加热簇;计算最大输出电流,计算优先加热簇最大允许输出电流值;EMS控制器通过BMS系统下发命令,控制PDU配电装置闭合优先加热簇回路;限流控制,限制负载电流的大小,防止电池簇过度放电;EMS控制器通过BMS系统实时监测优先加热簇的温度和SOC变化,调整电池簇的输出。本发明通过控制温度最低的电池簇进行电流发热自加热,在低温环境下显著提升电池的性能,增强电动车辆的启动性能和续航能力。
